Hey guys!

New here :)

Anyways I'm sure some of you read about it already, but for everyone else:
"Iyari Limon, the actress formerly known as lesbian Buffy the Vampire Slayer slayer Kennedy, stopped by our booth at Dinah Shore with her girlfriend. Yes, you read that right, the woman who romanced Willow on-screen now has a girlfriend in real life, along with a burgeoning career as a chef, and a new film in the works. And did I mention she speaks three languages and has a great tan? (Yes, we hate her, too.) Look for a new interview with Iyari on AfterEllen.com next week with all the details!" (Source: AfterEllen.com)

And just so you know, when she says "next week", she means...MONDAY! :)
(I asked her in an e-mail, and here's what she said: )
"You won’t have too much longer to wait for more info, though: we’re posting the full interview with Iyari on Monday. And there’s lots of good scoop in it about her sexuality, Buffy, and The L Word!"

I have been a member of this community for some time now and I notice NO ONE ever posts in here.

I would love to get this little group back up and running. So, my question is, who owns it? And if you do own it and are reading this message, could you please contact me and let me know if you'd be interested in handing the reins over to someone who wants to get it going again?

My email is tragicallyobvious @ gmail.com (without the spaces of course)

Thank you muchly!

It's Late But . . .

Hiya! It's pretty much a month late but . . .

hope it's fabulous for you guys.

On a different note, there was a post in the kennedyfanfic forum (at kennedyfanfic.com) that caught my interest. I don't remember who suggested it, but it was suggested that some writers could pool together and work on a post-series . . . uh, series that is kennedy-centric. I dunno if any writers are interested, but some are, hit up the forum.

Hey there again. I just watched Without A Trace in which Iyari was a guest star on. The episode's called "In The Dark." It was such a powerful episode. At least to me it was. I felt the pain and disgust of what was happening and well, if you haven't seen it, you should try to catch that episode. I'm not sure when it'll be on again, but you can check local listings for when the show will play and what reruns they'll play. I also saw the last bit of The Drew Carey Show that she was on. I think that episode is intitled "Girlfriend, Interrupted" where she plays a hooker who doesn't speak English. Again, I didn't see the whole episode but it seemed like a comedic performance. She also still had her long hair then. But I'm liking her short do as well.

If there's any new news, I'll try to post it up here.

Hi there

Well, since it's been a while and I'm new in this community, perhaps I'll be able to breathe some life in it. Here's some info on Iyari's run. She made it through! Yippee!

Race Results for 25,671 Official Entrants
Gun Time is the clock time based on a 5 AM start.
Finish Time is based on the time the runner crossed the start line.

Iyari Limon #7368

AIDS Marathon Los Angeles
10K: 01:33:43
Half Marathon: 03:01:59
30K: 04:20:17

Finish Time: 05:53:38

For those of you who need that in English, she completed the run, all 26.2 miles of it. Here's her Aids Marathon webpage.

She'll also be attending the Hollywood Collector Show along with a few of the more known potentials, Mark Lutz, George Hertzberg, Robia LaMorte and various other stars.

It sure sounds like a great convention to go to.

Other than that, I'd just like to say hey.
